Count Me In Update 6.10.09 |

 THANK YOU to all of our families that disputed their credit card charges in an effort to recoup some of the money that was owed to us by Count Me In. As of June 1, 2009 parents sent in $49,070 of the $71,676,21 that CMI owes to Denver Bandits! Count Me In was sold at auction last month and we are in the process of filing a claim with the bankruptcy court in Washington State (the company was liquidated to pay the over 200 organizations some of what is due to them).
If you were successful in disputing the charge with your credit card company and haven’t sent in a check yet, please send a check for the amount to Denver Bandits/PO Box 3851/Greenwood Village, CO 80155. Thanks again to everyone for pulling together during this season, we couldn’t have done it without you! |
